We offer a variety of home and estate services customized to meet your needs.We can help you manage your Tahoe vacation rental or second home. We provide complete estate care including housekeeping and linen service, snow removal, lawn service, winterization, deliveries, meeting vendors and general maintenance. In addition, Tahoe Warm Welcome Concierge is an El Dorado Certified Local Contact.    

We can assume the role as the official local contact for your property. We are a Certified El Dorado County Local Contact. We live locally and will be available 24/7 to deal with any other issues that may arise such as TV, internet, appliances, heating, and helping the guests in general. We are also able to help coordinate rentals and vendors alike. Please call to discuss our fee schedule.

We carry out detailed and complete inspections on your property so we can maintain the quality of your estate. We check all areas for leaks, varments, or other unwanted guests, temperature settings, check all doors, windows, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, and light bulbs.

We can light the fireplace, turn on the lights, turn up the heat, stock the pantry and have champagne chilled, appetizers awaiting, and flowers on the table for when you arrive; this is our TAHOE WARM WELCOME! And when you depart we can handle the cleaning services, ship packages, sports equipment, arrange airport transporation, etc.
